Welcome to the donation page for supporters of the 5th Ukrainian Battalion, volunteer fighters headquartered in Kyiv who are part of the recognized Ukrainian Volunteer Army. Because they receive no financial or equipment support from the official Ukraine army, even though they often carry the brunt of the front-line firefights and sabotage of Russian positions, they depend on us to provide them uniforms, weapons, equipment and ammunition. Please offer your urgent help by donating in one of the three ways below.

When paying or contributing, please note the following:

• Every penny you donate goes directly to equipment, supplies, and ammunition for Commander Valerij Bondarenko and his Ukrainian Volunteer Army fighters.
• Due to the secure supply chain for sensitive supplies and equipment to Ukraine, it's necessary to funnel supplies through our trusted waystation in Poland.
• Every transaction here is duly recorded and becomes transparent to you and others who are permissioned to see them. In any case, your name will never be made public without your written permission. If you wish to remain anonymous as a donor (only donors will be allowed to view other donors), please indicate that when donating so we can make you anonymous.
• The bank account happens to be a personal account set up in the US by its two main signatories, Ekaterina Mamina and Ostap Romaniv. Ekaterina is the driving force behind this team and the coordinator of all people and processes. Ostap, whose brother Max is the supply chain officer on the ground with the 5th Battalion, is our conduit for buying and shipping the equipment and supplies straightaway to Poland. This ensures a direct and transparent path from your donation to actual fighters resisting the Russian invaders. Neither Ekaterina, nor Ostap, nor anyone on the team is being paid for their efforts. We are all trusted volunteers with a simple passion for doing whatever necessary to oppose the evil currently resident in occupied Ukraine.
• Note that Ekaterina Mamina also goes by her professional stage name Katerina Ksenyeva. Either name may appear during your transaction or on the site, but she is one and the same person.
• Each month, the bank statement of all transactions will be posted in a special area of the website for all supporters to view (not the general public). Transparency and credibility are our objectives.
• Every so often, whenever circumstances allow without compromising their security, Valerij's troops will post photos and videos of their actions, so that our gracious donors can witness how their contributions are being used to aid in the war effort.
